My initial reaction is I'm not thrilled about the dilution or the fact they've given them away at 8.5 cents when the share price was already severely undervalued (imho).
Could this deal not have been lined up once we'd locked in binding offtakes from Ancuabe, financing and re-rated? Would only have been a delay of 2-3 months
