Umm...companies don't 'have money' from sale of shares. They either earn money through sale of products or services (but not in the case of explorers like KRC), raise capital from investors in return for shares, or realise capital through conversion of options. In recent history KRC has had no trouble in raising capital from investors, because there are enough smart investors around to know they were getting a good deal even above market rate. Now it appears up to $12M may be realised because the whole market is smart enough to know they're getting a good deal and option holders will be willing to convert. Be careful not to miss out, @ProRecipe. Of course it could all flop, so only invest what you can afford to lose.
