Looking at the high (Jan) there is 3 lower highs on chart. Not what the bulls want to see.
If XJO breaks 5887 Mar low, a little carnage may happen.
The Mar low was 54 days from Jan high which can be a bullish workout.... 3 lower high pattern is not to be dismissed either.
