Agreed on all fronts - very well summed up - but the problem is these management are going nowhere - they have jobs, bonuses, egos and Science to keep them occupied and therein lies what is probably a key stumbling block. I do believe in the pipeline etc but I am very wary of management skills - so I guess it is back to the old story - caveat emptor - I am a holder at the moment and I do still believe they are a hold with potential but lets see what happens...
