There were many better threads to read up on the merits and longer term potential of investing in ORE before but this thread is not a bad read at all for posters who asked why Toyota had paid $7.50 per share for ORE? Longer term, as a world leading Vehicle Producer going into EV, with China taking a hugely dominant position in BOTH Li supply all over the world and EV / battery production- Toyota's move makes perfect sense. Manufacturers NEED the Li supply. Quality supply is being signed up left, right & centre.
Also as a shareholder, Toyotas reassurance of support & capital, through to phase II production (at a higher diluted SP from a massively higher $7.50 capital injection over $250m) should let holders & future potential ORE buyers appreciate how short term the current $4.85 SP really may be. Hindsight shows you the unexpected opportunity a bit of wet weather and short trader action have created, but looking forward now, is it a no brainer now to say how quickly this $4.85 may unravel itself back in the opposite direction with a ST to MT timeframe ?
Good buy and won't hang around here 4 long. Wait another wk & miss out. Good luck holders & buyers.
