More important is on the selling price than reducing 10 or 20cents.
The only significant supply that can add into market is from SA. But the bottleneck is the SA logistic can only suppor supply at 16M tonne a year.
China now tighten the environment control which impact China local low grade supply.
Seem the Mn price have more room to go up than come down.
