I agree that the retirement plans of many will be deferred though I don't see that as all negative for the labour market. Whilst there is some potential that unemployment will increase marginally as overall workforce participation increases, there is also a potential easing of skill shortages and downward pressure on inflation as wages pressure eases.
Interesting times indeed!
I'm still not that bearish about the markets, but I'm starting to feel that I may have a problem with being stubborn!!! I'm getting burnt along with most people at the moment.
