you may just get your chance for that.
Note the language of the board in rejecting the offer.. "heavily levered.." is not mentioned just once but through the statement also with the reference to harbour would need the assist of STO through there deal.
To me it says pretty loudly, "nice try but no cigar, we've wasted enough time on your pretence but you're really just not up to this"
For harbour, this may be the slap but if they do nothing they'll be seen as just a pretender without the means.
