IO own the rights, so presumably have already paid for them and it wouldn't have been cheap. It seems unlikely they could go ahead at this late stage if not with TV2U, so they would be throwing away whatever they paid for the rights. It seems like a reasonable amount of effort and outlay to secure a potetial 3 year deal so it doesn't seem too bad to me. Sitting either side of the barrel? Time will tell!
