MLG was sold actually Jan 2016 so 2.5 years is fair. How many mutli-million gaming enterprises have been sold for comparable amounts in that time? Not many. Can you please provide a reputable source for your stated $150m valuation?

I never said these were identical companies and therefore an infallible comparison. I merely compared two Esports-orientated enterprises and pointed that (IMO) ESH would be overvalued at the same level.

Further elaborating on my initial point; what assisted EA's perceived value of MLG's is its stellar brand awareness, forever remembered by everyone who played a multiplayer game during 2007-2013. ESH doesn't have anything near that. The pro CS players who I keep in touch with from back in the day have never even heard of it.

Eughh, Tech companies have been throwing around generic buzz words like the ones you just stated, for forever and a day. If you're taking that as gospel, then goodluck to you. 'Fast track, rapid growth, cloud'. You can throw them around all you like, but the financials will paint the picture here.
