this is possible, but I recall Jackie stating at last years annual meeting they had measures in place, or something to that effect. it may have been that they have 'discussed measures to prevent this'.
If AZD0466 is still as exciting as SPL have indicated, which at this point I assume is still the case, it may come down to what is in the partnership contracts. SPL may have some protection clauses regarding IP and a takeover. hard to know given the secrecy of AZD0466..
