There's that and the fact they have an off-take agreement with Norilsk (for first 75,000 t). This would possibly make them less attractive to BHP who want the ore to feed their WA smelters. On the other hand should make them attractive to Norilsk or anyone else who is only interested in the profits from mining the ore.
