Whilst today is good,the excitement about ROW is overrated at this stage.Acadia,get first rights to any deal about the ROW,so how are they going to do a deal with anybody else at this stage,or in the next few years?Acadia,has us tied up here.Also,Acadia would only consider a deal for ROW if ph 3 is accepted.
