Volume of only 805 K on the DEP news ... either this is a very tightly held company and the long term holders want a return much much more than the current SP ... or the institutions have not yet come to the party ... I would have seen 1.5+ today on opening as a fair indicator ... Are the big pharma s going to be preying on a takeover or what ??
