TBH I'm not sure I buy into this theory. (not an attack at you... many have suggested similar). Rather I think it provides no indication at all.
If we assume that any negotiations between Mylan and POH are completely distinct from the arbitration decision (which is how any other court would operate, provided judgement is pending, and no further submissions can be made), then the final outcome from SIAC is solely what we are waiting on. In my experience, the reasons for a decision are just as long, detailed and justified whether the court finds in the affirmative or not.
