The statement progressed to "advanced contract negotiation with multiple parties" to me implies it was not in advanced contract negotions with multiple parties prior.

Considering they were already in advanced negotiations that implies something has changed.

It is either very poor communication updates or there is a change that I or we are not seeing.

The point of the post was to figure out what has changed when their last update implies progression in negotiations.

Is it just sloppy communication or can someone with a more scholarly education decrypt the code.
