The showdown in the court of Namibia is scheduled to be held in July.
Can they settle it out of court? I think they can.
The best case scenario would be for MAN to take over Ancash, whereby both Forsys and Ancash 30% private owner would be issued with MAN shares. At 1.5c a share, they combined would become a major shareholder. This would also be a face-saving deal for the MME.
Just my thought.
