So is it the case that the Royal Commission is only going to review the aged care but not the retirement home industry? I am curious as to how vulnerable the retirement community business model is to charges of rip off and abuses. In other words, is the Aveo model sustainable or open to forced restructuring. I am struggling to understand why with so much money looking for a half-decent return, the share price has consistently drifted to far below fair value.
