In the mining sector, mining revenue is expected to account for 45% of our revenue. What is the norm in the country identical situation.In the Democratic Republic of Congo this rate is only 10%. In our interest and that of the operators of the sector, we will apply a concerted policy to neutralize this imbalance.We intend to strengthen traceability in the exploitation of minerals, redefine the operating framework of the sector and promote with all stakeholders a new development and environmental policy of our extractive industry. It is imperative to have an extractive policy that is a source of development for our territories and our fellow citizens.Eradicating blood minerals is a necessity, especially in the East of our country. We will structure all the value chains of our extractive industry.Our objective is to double in a decade the share of the added value generated on the Congolese territory by more transformation at the provincial and national level.As such, we will initiate a meeting with the world leaders whose industrial success depends on our basement, in order to adopt a plan of implementation and transformation of our minerals that serve as a basic material for their industries.This commitment will encourage the emergence of major national players while strengthening job creation. This approach will favor the emergence of a middle class.
