we're talking about the largest shareholder in ADN, so yes the focus is always on the sells for Buratu. seems like a fairly obvious focal point.
A dump of 4 million shares can move the share price a pip down.
Also, substantial holders are more likely to increase holdings via CR (discounted shares) so minor on market buys is mostly irrelevant.
