Yep, I think you guys are definitely on the right track.
I think NST want EAR to merge with a near neighbour, and then eventually NST will step in and take the lot.
It's a cunning plan.
From what you guys are saying, a couple of likely candidates are YRL and BGL. I didn't know that NST had taken 15% in YRL, so they may want an EAR/YRL merger, and without any capital raising, NST would automatically own about 20% of the merged entity without forking out another cent - smart!
As for BGL, well I think they are so successfull that NST would love to taken them over, but I'm not sure they would want to merge with EAR, however though.... anything is possible.
EAR and YRL may be NST's preferred option at the moment, simply because they already own 22% and 15% of those stocks, and if they are in the same neighbourhood, with a processing plant that can be easily upgraded, then all the better for NST.
The games' afoot, and it looks like we have already been given a hint.
Thanks for the info on other close neighbour explorer's guys, it's all good.
Time to do some more research together.
