Is it me or are the same kind of games that were played before the rises we saw last time around.. being played again.?

I realise people are waiting on the sidelines but why the need to feed the buy queue then put orders for sales all the up...when if you wait you are almost guaranteed to get more...

This kind of selling just doesn't make sense to me hence my suspicion but keen to get others thoughts who have been holding for a little while..
