    They could well be correct though and will help with affordability. Hopefully peoples wages will have risen more.

    Even so, is it not most profitable in property investment to be in BEFORE the next upturn come boom?

    I am not swallowing these figures hook line and sinker, but if things were to pan out something like what is predicted here, the next couple of years whould logically be buy time, would they not?

    Or are you better waiting until the numbers start flooding in telling us of double figure growth...?
