so in short,
- not approved
- SPL will review if they can 1) appeal, 2) pursue legal options or 3) conduct another trial.
- they will assess which of the above options is the fastest path
I think we can safely say SPL will not have access to the US for another 1-2 years.
The convoluted announcements on vivagel in the US detract from managements credibility. I know it's not easy, but just be clear.
note, I remain very positive on SPL with many important milestones to come. revenue from Europe to start soon and the main prize has always been Dep.
