the problem is the cost of transportation per tinne from the mine to the port (by trucks on road 500km probably some 100$ per tonne ?) and then from the port to china (some 20$ per tonne ?). Maybe they should seriously think anout building a rail train transportation system. It may cost them some 10m$ ? 50m$ of capex ? But it will reduce costs of transportation per tonne from 100$ to 10$ ? It may be worth it.
