I asked tony sage the same question about the ding deal and this was his response.
Under the terms of the agreement Westlink were due a share fee of up to 10 million with a half option.
This fee was cheap in comparison with the cape preston fee.
No fee is payable unless deal is done, they brought Delong to us.
They are a small hong kong broker..
