What are the lot's? Can think of one. Know people involved with companies in Kyrgyzstan and they have no doubt it's the place to be. There's something like 20 Australian companies involved in mineral and oil and gas exploration spending tens of $ millions, and none are reporting any sovereign -type difficulties that I've noticed. Quite the opposite. There's going to be some BIG money made in K.
