In plain English, they will sink any surplus cash into building plants and wet processing themselves, in other words doing everything in house and not exporting raw materials. I stand by my assessment..no dividends for at least three years, then we can all live off the dividends without working for a living.
as for the option to go to 100% my oath there is.
