Disappointing that the shareholders have again been dudded by an inappropriate cap raising. This is one where their was time and capacity to do a full blown rights exercise . Offering $5 million to shareholders in a $450 million market cap company is derisory.
CVN management is usually sure footed but that they have got this one very wrong.
