you will stop at nothing to look for negatives.
there are many companies who post their quarterlies after market close... just a function or leaving it to the last minute i guess... nothing more sinister... yet here you are fishing for for something more 'interesting'.
it's abundantly clear from your posting that you don't belong in this end of the market... you want triple digit returns with bank interest risk, security and operational efficiency.
it's a speccy dude... sometimes 1 person does 3 functions in these outfits... don't read more into it...
