Iam sure you could, however i would bet the interest rate charged wouldn't be pretty.
It would be in everyone's best interest if James were to have a few of the off take partners through a few $ in (if there's no equity being given) rather than a short term debt facility using the options conversion as collateral.
Plenty of options. Iam not concerned to be honest.
