It’s, probably, healthy to be sceptical up to a point. A lot of traders have done well out of the very regular sp gyrations, and it looks like they’re going to be on the money once more as the sp drifts back below the issue price. A little spark of good news and we’re off to the races again, towards 3c.
Obviously, ArcadeX in its original form didn’t pull in the expected sponsors in advance, but now the company is talking about a ‘supported launch’ in the short term, so it sounds as though they’ve snagged a deal, although they didn’t expand on it.
We’re completely in the dark re. GameCloud, CloudZen has been working on it for a few years and selected EM1 to deliver the product in certain markets, leading me to believe that EM1 must have something in its ArcadeX that places them ahead of other platforms, it’s a big vote of confidence, IMO. It’s been suggested to me that there will be plenty of room in the marketplace for second tier players after the big boys have blazed their trails, and there will be, providing the concept catches on.
Finally, we come to Viacom’s NickX. This has global potential, IMO, it’s another massive vote of confidence, in the ArcadeX platform, this time by an entertainment conglomerate with a heavy hitting presence in the children’s market. A huge opportunity for a virtually unknown micro-cap, surely this must speak volumes about the quality of the platform?
Emerge is quite right to say that they have enough on their plate, IMO, there’s enough meat there to go to town on. Prioritise, get it right, and EM1’s future is secured, it’s not about revenue in the near term, it’s about building the relationships and refining the products for launch; I’m convinced the company will get the backing it needs from holders and the market as it moves towards commercialisation.
Interesting times ahead.
