Will there be a CR?

I give a CR a 50% chance.
It depends on how keen the off takers are to secure their position.
e.g. stump up some up front money as part of an off take deal.
If they do no CR required.

However, given the uniqueness of what we have it is also possible any CR could be done at a premium to the current VWAP. IMO That is a reasonable probability and it will send a strong message to the market.

IMO JM will likely have a road map planned and will roughly know when to raise funds based on certain decision points, current SP, and good corporate governance practices. I expect the raising of funds, CR or otherwise, will be this calendar year.

Question is, will the raising of funds be bad?
IMO absolutely not, as it moves the company closer to production and revenue
The Chinese Klu Klux Klan will have you think otherwise...

Remember this is a penny stock and penny stocks need to stay a float.

IMO What is unique with ADN is their cash burn is relatively low and the CAPEX is extremely low = they will not need a lot of funds and dilution will be non existent at best and minimal at worst.
