Opportunity cost is the big item in the scheme of things. Whilst PEK discovered a world class deposit of ND & PR in Tanz, it has for a variety of reasons, taken far too long to bring to income producing status hence the severe dilution. As i said a great opportunity for newbies to enter the register and capitalise on 10 or 12 years good work by PEK.
