.... now for those that scoffed at me last week when I stated there were games afoot ... think again ... big players like this don't pay top dollar for shares ... they bide their time and 'accumulate' through various means (that's all I'm saying)

Almost at Board Seat level (15%) as well with this increased holding ... could be a good thing if they had a representative on the BoD (IMO of course)
