The "cap" is market capitalisation = total number of shares on issue x share price. It is what the company is worth according to the "market". The fact the cap has gone done is reflective of the share price going down. When the Market Cap is $1 Billion in 3 months, the share price should be 74c (not taking into account the Options converted), at which time I might consider selling some if the dividends don't provide enough cash to fund my lifestyle.
The money spent on the ss will be in the annual report under administration expenses. It is irrelevent really at this point what the report cost to produce.
