Below is a screenshot from the article, which mentions a study soon to be completed by a Purdue University professor, funded by a2 Milk Company and National All-Jersey. National All-Jersey represents dairy farms with Jersey cows. They claim that Jersey cows have a higher percentage of a2 protein, though not 100% like a2 Milk's. The results of this study could be interesting, but I'm confused why they are only studying people who are lactose intolerant.
