market cap is currently $210 million at 8 cents if the ownership was 100%
profit after tax comes to around $29M per year
50% x $34M raising at 5 cents per share results in 2.5 billion shares
annual EPS comes to 1.2 cents
PE x 10 comes to 12 cents per share valuation
this looks close to fully valued to me, given there is commodity price risk
