Just my theory but I believe the reason why they haven’t announced anything in regards to the 2nd plant is due to waiting on regulators to approve. We all know how slow and painful it can be to wait for regulators and government agencies to take action. Plant is most likely ready but to switch on until approval. Announcements probably a distraction until they get the green light. With approval out of their control they can’t make a definitive timeframe announcement. I don’t think they would respond to you about it via email as it could be seen as inside trading.
not sure about about production capacity with how much ktd is trying to do with bringing in new products and orders. My guess is they’d be close to limit otherwise they wouldn’t have any need to rush bringing out the 2nd plant if it only drives up expenses.
I don’t see much negatives besides the delay in 2nd plant. Not like ktd struggling with finances and growing revenue like wha. At worse we should be on par with wha but I believe ktd is much further ahead.
