All the above can be boiled down to the statement 'poor management'. Poor execution, poor negotiation skills, poor planning, poor strategy, putting personal needs ahead of needs.of the.company, poor speaking skills. I think actually we can do better.
Someone may be able to come up with a reason why Ross McDonald should stay in the company.
