Thank you for the new Q&A, much appreciated for the shareholders who couldn't attend the AGM.

I know this is old news, but it has been bugging me for a while. The Binding Agreement which was signed between the Tripartite partners in January 2016, what exactly was binding about it and why weren't there any repercussions for NMDC for not wanting to go ahead with the project? If you happen to find another partner in the future, will there be assurances in place in case the same situation happens again (penalties for breaking contract).

Speaking of other partners, there were the articles a few weeks ago about SAIL. Had a couple, then a week later or so a few more popped up which suggested it was pretty much a done deal. I know that you can't divulge anything material and that you don't like to comment on speculative media articles, but what is your opinion about that? Pure nonsense or there is a leak? Blink twice if it's good news.

Do you think the Aussies will go for 5 bowlers and drop Travis Head for the boxing day test? I hope not, Travis is definitely worth persisting with. A great young talent, I actually believe that he needs to come in at number 5.

I may have missed it in past announcements, but what is the next step for the CDP tech? Do you have any stockpiles of Coldry for testing or do you need to wait until the plant is operational again?

Can you shed any light on the ELF? Will there be extensions offered?
