To be fair, we have to always balance priorities. My commitment to these Q&A sessions was to ensure that they were answered as early in the morning as I could, if I couldnt get to them after 7pm last night. Up at 4am to make sure this was completed. The broader purpose is to answer questions tied to a major/much anticipated announcement before the next trading day. These sessions shouldnt occur during trading hours and should happen as quickly after a major announcement and before the next trading day. That gives you a good idea in how we see our KPI's for this type of communication activity.
