BPT are in no position to buy back stock. BPT will need to RAISE debt/equity in the next little while for things such as BMG upgrade, etc.
And I hope you're right about the Vic permits. West Triton has been not very nice to me since that rig floated down from Singapore, but maybe 3rd time lucky?
