A couple of people have recently asked on HC's CVI threads what it takes to force an EGM. The answer is a minimum shareholder group of 5%.
However, since we now know that CVI is preparing an EGM notice, those interested people should consider contacting the Company Secretary with any items of business or Motions they wish to have added to that Notice of Meeting. It costs nothing to do that.
