I respect your position and certainly don't wish to get into a debate on the differenc between our personal approaches to chat-room usage.

However, just in response to your remark "Your resolute and constant negativity is suggestive of posting to an agenda.". But Noi, the rest of your Post implies that you think I have no agenda and should stop posting. Also, I would have thought that my comments are VERY direct and not "suggestive".

Anyhow, all that aside, what I'm trying to do is this. I am pointing out that if CVI substantiates it's optimistic and exciting deals, shareholders could realise enormous value. Money would be raised at great prices, meaning less dilution too. There are just so many ways in which CVI could do this without prejudous to their deals in process IMO. For example, they could issue a Notice of EGM that calls for disclosure of the US$150M cash received BEFORE new CVI shares are issued by CPU. That would confirm that the Placement was really paid for in advance. Simple as that! They could show at least some parts of the various agreements they claim they have in place too. Surely they shouldn't all need to be kept so confidential?

I would buy CVI in a New-York-Minute if I got just a wiff of such validity, And then you wouldn't have to read these questioning Posts from people like me, Angry, M12, StandUp, to name just a few.

Forums aren't just for people with positive views IMO.
