They are getting there...they reported positive EBITA of .545 million for the last six months so lets say $1.1 million annually. But that was up from a loss of that much in the previous period so the trend is certainly there.
Im thinking more along the lines if they have 100 000 customers and more broadband customers than "those above us" ( I think meaning those officially reported) then they would have to be an attractive take over proposition at this price. Maybe profit in 12 months time would be what you described as justifiable anyway.
However, Grant 62 can usually put a diff spin on things and has an amazing recollection of names and figures..although he likes TLS so theres a few screws lose somewhere:)
