There's certainly plenty of questions to be asked at AGM. Like...
1. What does consideration of a 1st Qtr listing mean?
2. If it means after Feb 19th, how can the company accept the QVT penalties?
3. What are the details of PO's?
4. Why so much expenditure on travel - is everyone flying 1st class?
5. Based on the revenue model what is the additional share dilution expected to be? i.e. no. of shares issued at Nasdaq time
6. What is the co's view of the outlook for the markets - most commentators are saying same or worse in '09...good time to list?
7. Why put out a report which is a regurgitation of previous releases, cut in paste to the word?
