Looking at % falls from February peaks to March troughs for a few stocks we see:-

    CGF -71%
    APT -53%
    ANZ -48%
    HVN - 49%

All of aforementioned stocks have climbed off their March lows to varying degrees. Short term, $3.10 looks like a likely target based on the very bullish action displayed by the market on a day before a 4 day break. This rally would have surprised many who would have expected traders to lock in some profits before the Easter break.

HVN stores in Australia have remained open with both online and store sales being made. White goods and computer accessories remain in high demand. The real estate value of the business accounts for the current share price value without any value attributed for the retail side of the business. HVN remains one of the few retail stocks worth holding in a balanced portfolio. Expect the S.P. to head north of $4 sometime in 2021.

Some posters on H.C. clearly have an aversion to the directors. Fair enough. Concentrate on the assets, the business and its competitors. The charts look favourable atm, restrictions will be eased sooner than ppl think. Its a good time to add some retail into a portfolio. DYOR.
