Bang on, other factors to consider are
liquidity, if the heads collapse it will be difficult to get out
leverage, whilst the heads are going up the %rise of options will be higher, likewise if the heads fall, the options will fall harder.
voting, rights do not extend to options
rights issues, generally exclude option holders
