He's correct. Nothing Major did happen - providing you ignore the receivership of Ebert the Construction company. But Tetra Pak saw them right. I guess he didnt mention how SM1 managed to buy the land, design the plant, get resource consent and turn the first sod of soil so quickly.
And you ignore a Cease and Desist demand. And High Court action means nothing.
